Trails at Crowfoot Metropolitan District No. 3 handles the operations and maintenance of the small community parks, open space areas and trails, certain common area landscaping, detention ponds, fencing adjacent to common areas, and the community pool. Community Pool

2024 Pool Access Registration

Welcome to the 2024 pool season!  We are excited to announce that the pool will have a new and improved access system this season!   Both mobile passes (via smartphone app) and new access cards will now be utilized to gain access to the pool, so throw away your old pool keys!  Please see the 2024 Pool Access Registration Letter below, which includes separate instructions for residents who had prior pool access/old pool keys and for residents who have not yet completed pool access registration.

All residents who already have pool access will also be required to sign an updated No Lifeguard Waiver in order to access the pool during hours when lifeguards are not present.

We are also excited to announce that the pool will have an extended season again this year!  The pool will open for the season on Saturday, May 25th, and remain open until September 15th!   Pool dates and hours are shown below.  Please note that no lifeguard will be present at the pool during the hours of 7-9am; 10am-4pm Monday through Friday from August 7-September 2; and all operational hours during the extended pool season (September 3-September 15).  Operational procedures for the pool are subject to change at any time.  Alcohol is prohibited in the pool areas at all times.

  • Pool Hours: 7 AM – 9 AM Adult-only lap swim; 10 AM – 8 PM Open Swim

NEW FOR 2024:  Swimming lesson registration will open on Saturday, May 25, and will only be available in person at the pool.  You must visit the pool to obtain registration information.

Snow Removal

The District is responsible for snow removal along certain common area sidewalks and trails in and adjacent to property owned and/or maintained by the District. The District’s current trigger for snow removal on sidewalks is 2″ of accumulation per snowfall event. Property owners/residents are responsible for snow removal on sidewalks adjacent to their property, and the Trails at Crowfoot Villas Owners Association is responsible for snow removal on sidewalks and private roads within the KB Home subdivision. Trash and Recycling by Waste Management

Please have your receptacles placed curb-side by 6:00 A.M. the day of pick-up to ensure that services are not missed.

District No. 3 also provides trash and recycling services for residents through Waste Management of Colorado, Inc. Trash pick-up occurs weekly on Mondays and recycling pickup occurs on an every-other-week basis. Please see the 2024 Recycling Calendar (PDF) for the “green” weeks on which recycling pick-up will occur. Please have your receptacles placed curbside by 6:00 A.M. the day of pick-up to ensure that services are not missed.

To set up your trash and recycling service, please contact Waste Management directly at (303) 797-1600, and let them know that you are a new resident in the Trails at Crowfoot Metropolitan District (Account #: 020-713751, Customer ID #: 00024-52928-03000). Please note that delivery of new trash and recycling receptacles will take approximately 7 days to arrive. Trash and recycling services are paid for by District No. 3 through a funding arrangement with the Master Owner’s Association.

Trails at Crowfoot Homeowners Association

The community also has a separate master homeowners association that handles covenant enforcement, design review, and fee collection. Contact the master homeowners association at www.rowcal.com.

Parks and Recreation

The tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, disc golf course, multi-use sports field, and playground area will be owned and maintained by the Town of Parker.  Please visit the Town’s Park and Recreation website for additional information:  www.parkerrec.com
